Hi All! I wonder, how do you work with action plans in your organization?
Do you find them really helpful tool supporting workflow in your teams? Or or is completing them considered by your colleagues as a boring task
Any tips how to make them effective and collaborative?

I think the interesting thing about Action Planning is not just how it can manage and track some outer-loop project to improve metrics. It’s about seeing what you did really leave an effect on result. If you have Action Planning Dashboard that monitor the effectiveness of action plans over time, your colleagues will be more engage and will not completing task just because you assign them to.
Track with them, celebrate with them, let them come-up with their own solution.
