See data from one survey while filtering on another survey

I have 2 surveys that are linked in the same dashboard. In both surveys I have a question with a 1 to 5 rating.
I would like to have a filter that applies only on data from survey 1, but that allows me to still see data from survey 2.

Example: If I select 5, in the filter I will show me data from both surveys, where the user have selected 5 in survey 1.

Is this possible?

I get that when I set the filter to 5 it will by default only see data from survey 1, but wanted to know if this can somehow still be linked?

You may need to build it out on 2 widgets, 1 would not have any additional filter so that when you selected the filter it dynamically changes that widget, on the other widget I would add a filter on the widget (not a page filter) and set the dataset on the widget to be survey 2.
