We know the importance of innovating with new features, but we also know that those features only make an impact if others in your organization adopt them. Training users on new-to-them features like dashboards, ticketing, and AI can be a major obstacle in Qualtrics adoption, and the Digital Customer Success team wants to know how you are tackling this for yourself.  Tell Us Your Experience:When you implement a new feature in Qualtrics, how do you train other employees to use it? We’ve been hard at work making sure researchers can access the feedback they need, when they need it. One piece of the puzzle is making it easier than ever to build, manage, and engage proprietary research panels. Last year we released Audience Management on DesignXM to do just that. As part of Qualtrics’ and Qualtrics XM Institute’s global employee and global consumer studies, respondents shared their concerns about artificial intelligence (AI), their comfort using AI to complete five common consumer activities, and their desire to use AI to complete seven common employee activities.
