Anyone else using the Qualtrics Salesforce Experience Manager app?

Anyone else using the Qualtrics Salesforce Experience Manager app? If so, what is the status of the integration? Recently, in our Salesforce instance, the Qualtrics dashboard widgets and CX Dashboard suddenly stopped displaying content. The Chrome console log is displaying a “Not Same Origin” HTTP response.Any ideas?

How do you send 2 or more reminder emails for an automated (SFDC) survey?

Currently the Salesforce trigger and email survey options only let you automatically send 1 reminder email, so I'm having to go into my distributions each week and manually schedule the second reminder email. Is there a better way to handle? Seems to me a pretty essential feature, though some might say I'm sending too many reminder emails. (But I've proven they get me many more responses; without them for certain surveys I would never get to what my stakeholders consider an acceptable RR percentage.)

Add Row to Google Sheets: Add response even when incomplete/in progress

I am looking to keep track of responses that are not finished in a Google Sheet. In the survey response, I have the “include incomplete responses” (see image below). I have a workflow set up to gather finished responses and I would like to create a separate tab that collects the responses that have been started but not completed. Currently, I have it set up where the condition is the finished response is false (see image below).I have also tried setting up the condition where the progress isn’t empty (assuming this means they started a response so they would have some type of progress).Despite trying different approaches, my Google Sheet is not updating with responses that have been started (I can see their progress in the “results” section is at 11% but not finished). Any tips on how I can create a workflow that will pull the incomplete responses into the Google Sheet? I would like to do this so I don’t have to manually go in everyday to pull the results for “in progress” responses.

Salesforce App suddenly stops displaying widgets and CX Dashboard

Anyone using the “Qualtrics - Customer Experience Management for Salesforce” app successfully then suddenly the widgets go blank and the CX Dashboard stops displaying? Possibly, the trial period ended? Although, the listing on the App Exchange does not mention any trial period. When I check the Chrome console log while viewing the CX Dashboard, I get a “not same origin” HTTP response block, which I would expect if I was trying to iFrame the CX Dashboard in a web page, but this is the Qualtrics App: This is occurring in two separate sandboxes.Any ideas?

We are looking to send a Qualtrics survey via a trigger from Gainsight. Has anyone done this before? I know that Gainsight has their own survey capabilities, but we are trying to keep it centralized. Anyone do anything like this?Thanks

How to integration Qualtrics EX with SuccessFactors to distribute Pulse surveys

We plan to build an EX platform with the goal of initially establishing a Pulse program. Subsequently, 360 feedbacks are also on the plan. But let's focus on Pulse Surveys first. The employee data should be integrated from SuccessFactors.I've searched the community posts and documentations for answers, but unfortunately haven't found a clear process model for a project like ours - especially on the integration part. Randomized experiment

Hello,I am creating a randomized experiment. Two videos in the experiment need to be randomized. One is a control condition video and the other one is a treatment condition video. I did that and I have no issues with the video randomization. Now I have survey questions following the videos. Ideally, the survey questions need not be randomized and participants in both groups (control vs. treatment groups) answer the same questions. However, when I will analyze, I will compare the data between two groups. Now I am not sure if the survey questions following each video need to be built separately under each video or if survey questions can just be created in a separate block. What would be helpful when I will analyze data between two groups?

Modifying text response using ChatGPT in Qualtrics

I am looking to do the following in Qualtrics.  (Step 1) Respondent reads a business scenario and a question related to the scenario. (Step 2) Respondent keys in the answer to the question in a text box. (Step 3) At the backend, the user-entered text is fed to ChatGPT.  Based on a fixed prompt (e.g. improve the grammar and structure of the response), ChatGPT modifies the response.  (Step 4) The ChatGPT-modified response is displayed to the respondent on the screen.  They get an option to use the modified response as such, or edit the response and submit.  Is coding mandatory to accomplish the above?  I am familiar with basic survey design in Qualtrics, but not coding. In the data, I need to preserve the original response, the ChatGPT-modified response and the final response entered by the respondent.

Hi, We are trying to link Salesforce to one of our survey in Qualtrics. According to the online documentation: “Qualtrics always checks the Salesforce credentials of the project owner.”Does this mean the project owner should have BOTH Qualtrics and Salesforce account/instance? Thank you!

Can my study participants send an email via Qualtrics if they are asked to do so?

Hello everyone,I am designing an experimental study in Qualtrics in which I want to measure a variable objectively. The best way to measure it is to ask my participants to write a testimonial and send those testimonials to a real email address. This is a portion of data collection through Qualtrics. I am wondering if my participants can send email if I ask them to do so via Qualtrics. Any guidance would be appreciated. Thanks!Haimanti

Connecting Quatlrics with Qlik for survey data

Hi there, I’m trying to connect Qualtrics to Qlik (it is a data tool like power BI etc.). I see all the questions but missing some data, which I’m not sure if even possible (what is your experience when connecting?)Question type (multi select, single select, open-text...) Scale options (I only see the question text and not what are the possible answers) Statement options (the same, I do not get this at all).  Is there a way to add next to each quesion a tag that will be transfered as well? I want to tag questions (demographic, CX, sales… ) - so we know what the question is relate to.Thanks!

Webservice response parsing

Hi all! I managed to retrieve data from Smartsheet using a webservice in the surveyflow. I could in theory create hundreds of embedded variables to store data fields but I’m wondering if there’s a way to store multiple fields into a single embedded variable for JavaScript parsing later.Let’s say the Smartsheet API returns 20 rows for a column. It would be 20 variables such as row.0.cell.1.value, row.1.cell.1.value, row.2.cell.1.value, etc.Any way to combine these into a single comma-separated embedded field? Like a row.*.cell.1.value?

Embedded Variables as Participant Payment/Automated Bonus Payments with Prolific

Hello,I have a paradigm that includes some random monetary outcomes where participants receive varying bonus payments based on these random outcomes.Participant 1 might earn $1 bonus payment.Participant 2 might earn a $.25 bonus payment.Etc.These bonus payments are in an embedded variable on my Qualtrics survey. Does anyone have experience with automatically adding a Qualtrics variable to their participants' Prolific payments?

Extract Employee Data from SuccessFactors Task - Termination Reason

Hi there, Has anyone successfully mapped Employee Central’s “Termination Reason” field using “Extract Employee Data from SuccessFactors Task”? We wish to filter for voluntary exits as part of condition for exit survey; this should be identified by termination reason - event reason. We are having issue identifying the path to the field.“employmentNav/jobInfoNav/eventReasonNav/name” maps to last effected event reason thus is not helpful, we wish to send the survey upon entering of termination details in SuccessFactors. any help or sharing would be appreciated!

How to stop "click the button to continue the survey in qualtrics" on start up?

I’ve embedded the survey into a webpage. If the press “take the quiz” the survey would start. In some cases the questions just appear normally, in others i get "click the button to continue the survey in qualtrics" . A lot of my users are older and not very tech savy, so the extra click might be confusing them, especially since they have to scroll. Any idea what we can do about it?

Hello!!When attending an event, is there a way to setup a form that can import data from a student’s campus ID card via an old fashioned card swipe? If so, can that date be imported into the Canvas LMS?This can be done using excel/SQL, but I am looking for an efficient solution.Thanks in advance.Jason

Maintaining Continuous Salesforce Connection for Survey Responses

I've created a survey that pushes responses to a Salesforce object upon completion. I've connected to Salesforce using OAuth in Workflow, but the connection disconnects every 24 hours.
