This may be an easy question but,Is there a way to embed a dashboard page to a sharepoint page? or if not a whole dashboard page, just a widget? 

Hi all,I am new to qualtrics. We use Zendesk for our ticketing system. I have the survey created, now I need to find out how to send our survey when a customer's support ticket is marked as solved by our support staff in Zendesk. How would I go about this? I was looking through Qualtrics documentation and there were a variety of Zendesk options which left me a bit confused.Thanks!

Hello,I'm currently working on a survey in Qualtrics which involves linking Qualtrics to Pavlovia and back to Qualtrics. I was able to make it work but the issue right now is that once Pavlovia redirects me back to Qualtrics, I am brought back to the beginning of the Qualtrics survey and Qualtrics would mark this response as complete. Is there a way that I can be brought back to the place where I last left off in Qualtrics? Any suggestions would be helpful! Thank you!

We will have multiple surveys with varying quota limits going at once.  Currently, I’m manually entering the quotas in an excel sheet and trying to find some script, ideas users may have to automate this process.   Workflow:  Multiple surveys 4-5 going at once Export quotas or have Excel read the quota urls The data decrements in an Excel sheet for each demographic and study so we aren’t having to manually do it.   I have tried scraping data with Excel and it has failed so far.   Open to solutions and ideas.  If it is something to post in the developers or another section, let me know.  (my first post).Thank you!

Hi Folks- I can’t seem to find any posts around this particular issue and would appreciate any tips!I want to post a survey to my company’s LinkedIn page, and track how many responses came from LinkedIn. When I go to Distributions> Social Media> LinkedIn, I am able to create a post through Qualtrics, but the survey link does not populate on the post, even if I manually copy and paste the hyperlink into the body of the post. Do I need to be creating an embedded field ahead of time? Should I be using a certain type of link? Is there some mysterious option I’m not thinking of? We’re currently tracking sources with bitly links, but I’d love to be able to use a built in Qualtrics feature if that is an option. Thanks!

Greetings to the community!I am facing an issue in my Data Recruitment (SSFF)  that utilizes a native integration with Qualtrics fot a Candidate Experience project. The situation is as follows:Problem: Despite the native integration between my Data Recruitment system SSFF  and Qualtrics appearing to work correctly in terms of adding contacts to the directory, I am unable to view candidate data. This includes crucial information such as names, email addresses, and other relevant details. The candidate viewing screen is blank.Question: Has anyone experienced a similar issue or have any idea why this native integration is not allowing me to view candidate data? Hey all, I have a requirement in which I want to identify the responses those are in progress (use case in which user opens the survey but doesn’t submit it) so that I can update in salesforce for the status field ‘Incomplete’. I am able to see ‘Responses in progress’ on Data & Analysis tab but I am not able to fetch in progress responses in workflow editor using task ‘Extract Survey Responses’ (I have tried applying filter for ‘Finished’ and ‘Progress’ fields). I have also tried with triggered workflow but this works only for responses that has been submitted. It would be really really helpful if anyone can provide their insights on this. We have a request to add a multiple answer multiple choice question to a survey such as:And using a workflow update a field in our Salesforce org that is defined as a multi-select picklist. The commas are giving us trouble, though. When a user selects the first choice the result in the Salesforce field is "A;B;or C", that is, three values. There does not seem to be an automatic method by which choices with commas are wrapped in quotes or some other technique of managing the existence of commas.I am exploring javascript options at this time to run onPageSubmit and build an embedded field that is corrected for the existence of choices with commas but that seems like a bit overkill. Am I on the wrong track? Is there a better way to handle this situation?

I am working on a project that requires the use of the Dropbox API to create personalized file requests for survey users to upload their supporting documents to my Dropbox Account.  The workflow is that the user works on their survey, if based on their answers they need to submit documents, a Dropbox file request is created for that user via the Dropbox API and then the link is displayed to the user as part of the end of survey message (with a copy sent via email) Due to Dropbox using short lived tokens for authentication (4 hours) every time the survey is accessed, we need to get a new token as users will have two weeks to submit their survey and documents.  So, I am trying to get a “refreshed token” via the Dropbox API. I wonder how can I record interviewee's audio response in qualtrics?

We are using Salesforce. We are able to get the surveys via email. From email the user launches the Qualtrics survey and on submission it creates a record in Salesforce. We are using same survey for all the Cases. We therefore want to restrict the user not to resubmit the same survey for the same case again. Survey->Security->Prevent Multiple Submission: this option won’t work as it restricts the survey for other cases as well. We have the SF Case ID as an embedded data. Is there a way to check if the particular Case Id already has the survey submitted? So that we can conditionally show the survey.

Hello everyone,I am looking for help to make this task code work in my workflow. Essentially, I would like to convert one of the embedded field (ARR) to a number format. As of now, the value that comes from this field in SFDC is getting displayed as a plain number (no decimals or thousands 111,222). This is the code I built, but when adding to the slack notification, I dont get any result. Anyone else using the Qualtrics Salesforce Experience Manager app? If so, what is the status of the integration? Recently, in our Salesforce instance, the Qualtrics dashboard widgets and CX Dashboard suddenly stopped displaying content. The Chrome console log is displaying a “Not Same Origin” HTTP response.Any ideas?

I am looking to keep track of responses that are not finished in a Google Sheet. In the survey response, I have the “include incomplete responses” (see image below). I have a workflow set up to gather finished responses and I would like to create a separate tab that collects the responses that have been started but not completed. Currently, I have it set up where the condition is the finished response is false (see image below).I have also tried setting up the condition where the progress isn’t empty (assuming this means they started a response so they would have some type of progress).Despite trying different approaches, my Google Sheet is not updating with responses that h

We plan to build an EX platform with the goal of initially establishing a Pulse program. Subsequently, 360 feedbacks are also on the plan. But let's focus on Pulse Surveys first. The employee data should be integrated from SuccessFactors.I've searched the community posts and documentations for answers, but unfortunately haven't found a clear process model for a project like ours - especially on the integration part. Therefore, I would like to  share my thoughts and hope for the evaluation of experienced EX colleagues. My main question to kick-off is: What is the best way to integrate SuccessFactors employee data to Qualtrics? I have found two ways to do this: (1) Pull approach: regular workflow (e.g. daily) to extract data via predefined SuccessFactors action.

Hello,I am creating a randomized experiment. Two videos in the experiment need to be randomized. One is a control condition video and the other one is a treatment condition video. I did that and I have no issues with the video randomization. Now I have survey questions following the videos. Ideally, the survey questions need not be randomized and participants in both groups (control vs. treatment groups) answer the same questions. However, when I will analyze, I will compare the data between two groups. Now I am not sure if the survey questions following each video need to be built separately under each video or if survey questions can just be created in a separate block. What would be helpful when I will analyze data between two groups?

I am looking to do the following in Qualtrics.  (Step 1) Respondent reads a business scenario and a question related to the scenario. (Step 2) Respondent keys in the answer to the question in a text box. (Step 3) At the backend, the user-entered text is fed to ChatGPT.  Based on a fixed prompt (e.g. improve the grammar and structure of the response), ChatGPT modifies the response.  (Step 4) The ChatGPT-modified response is displayed to the respondent on the screen.  They get an option to use the modified response as such, or edit the response and submit.  Is coding mandatory to accomplish the above?  I am familiar with basic survey design in Qualtrics, but not coding. In the data, I need to preserve the original response, the ChatGPT-modified response and the final response entered by the respondent.  

Hi, We are trying to link Salesforce to one of our survey in Qualtrics. According to the online documentation: “Qualtrics always checks the Salesforce credentials of the project owner.”Does this mean the project owner should have BOTH Qualtrics and Salesforce account/instance? Thank you!
