Customer Success Hub

  • Customer Success Hub: The Customer Success Hub’s homepage has been redesigned to streamline your access to support and resources. For admins, we've made it easier for you to review your license and preferences.

Dashboards

  • Benchmark Editor (CX)The XMI Customer Ratings Overall benchmark for CX dashboards has been refreshed with 2024 data.

  • EX Healthcare Benchmark: The EX Healthcare benchmark has been updated with refreshed customer data from Q4 2024.

Discover

Employee Experience

  • NPS Questions: NPS Questions can now be used in the following EX project types: Engagement, Lifecycle, Pulse, Ad Hoc Employee Research.

Research Hub

Website / App Insights

  • Users Tab Updates: The Users tab within Website / App Insights projects has been updated. The process for adding users has been simplified, you can now bulk edit permissions for multiple users, and you can filter the users page to search for users with specific permissions.

Workflows

  • Extract Data from Discover Task: This new data extractor task allows you to import your Discover data into Qualtrics.

  • Rebuild XM Directory Segment Task: With this task you can configure a workflow that refreshes a segment to the most updated version. By default, segments are refreshed twice a day, which can delay when segments reflect changes made to directory data. Using this task allows you to rebuild segments on a more frequent schedule, or after a specific event, such as a survey response.

XM Directory

  • Sorting Contacts: You can now sort your contact data alphabetically by contact information, contact statistics, or embedded data fields.

Employee Experience

  • Saved Dashboard Filters: When saving a dashboard filter in an EX dashboard, there is now an option to include the org hierarchy filter in the saved filter.

Research Hub

  • Research Hub Homepage: The Home tab of the Research Hub now includes recent searches, recently updated collections, and recently uploaded files.

  • Research Hub Search: Simple explanations have been added to clarify the search experience. You can now narrow down searches to documents you have access to with a single click. The end of relevant search results will be also indicated with a note, although you can still load and view additional docs as desired. To keep results high quality, you can only sort results by relevance, not recency.
