API Usage Admin Report: This report in the Admin tab provides API usage data, allowing admins to track and monitor the health and usage of API calls for their brand.

Reference Fields for ServiceNow Events: You can now configure Reference fields in the ServiceNow event to pull in data from your ServiceNow tables. Adding these fields allows you to use this data throughout your workflow.

Results Dashboards Page Selector and Product Tour: The page panel in Results Dashboards is now hidden by default and you can enable it to be shown. There is also an updated product tour when using results dashboards for the first time.

- Interactive Support Tickets: You can now reply to email support tickets from right inside the Customer Success Hub.

Use My Services: Success Package customers can now go to their XM Success Manager for advice on XM priorities and objectives and submit specific modifications, analytics, or insights guidance they need.

- Simple Layout: Autoadvance and the Matrix text entry and Matrix dropdown list question types are compatible for simple layout.

- Magnet Submission Report: The Magnet widget now allows you to export key charts and data for your ANCC submission packet.

CX & BX Dashboards
- The Experience Assessment Widget (CX & BX): Combine data from BX and CX projects to measure the impact and expectations of touchpoints in your brand. This widget contains two different visualizations: the Experience Alignment widget and the Experience Impact widget.
Dashboards
- Trend Chart: You can no longer create new widgets of this type. Existing widgets of this type are not affected, but will be migrated to a new widget type at a future date. We will send communications to customers using the old widget type in advance. Going forward, instead of trend charts, we recommend using line, vertical bars, & horizontal bars widgets.
- Legacy Word Cloud: You can no longer create new widgets of this type. Existing widgets of this type are not affected, but will be migrated to a new widget type at a future date. We will send communications to customers using the old widget type in advance. Going forward, we recommend using our new and improved word cloud widget.
- Legacy Pie Chart: You can no longer create new widgets of this type. Existing widgets of this type are not affected, but will be migrated to a new widget type at a future date. We will send communications to customers using the old widget type in advance. Going forward, we recommend using our new and improved donut / pie chart widget.
- Digital Opportunities Widget: This widget lets you display session replay friction points and their location in a table. To use this widget you must first enable session replay in a Website / App Insights project.

Engagement Hierarchy Mapping Improvement: You can now pick between manager or team-based mappings, for higher auto-generation accuracy and viewing historical data that better meets your reporting needs. These options are available for both parent-child and level-based hierarchies. This feature will be rolling out between June 28 and July 19, 2023.

Pseudonymization Policy: New tab in Data Privacy settings allows brand administrators to enable default pseudonymization for the entire brand. This setting removes pre-selected data from survey responses automatically as they are collected.

Free & Trial Accounts
- Look & Feel Permissions for Free Accounts: Free and trial accounts will no longer be able to edit the header/footer sections of the General tab. Free and trial accounts will now be able to switch between themes in the Themes tab, modify colors and fonts in the Styles tab, and adjust background colors in the background tab.
Mobile App SDK
- Advanced Intercept Theming Capabilities: You can now override Qualtrics look and feel settings for Mobile App Prompt creatives and Embedded App Feedback creatives with your own SDK configuration. This allows your organization to provide a consistent branding experience across intercepts. For more SDK details, see the API documentation.
Social Connect
- Contacting Social Connect Support: The Live Chat contact method has been deprecated. Please use the email intake form for all Social Connect support requests.
Website / App Insights
- Digital Experience Analytics: Digital Experience Analytics allows brands to quantify the digital experiences of their customers through session replay capture and frustration detection to help identify and close experience gaps.
- Settings Tab Updates: The Settings tab within Website / App Insights projects has been updated. It now includes general project settings, intercept settings, and session replay settings. The deployment and users sections have been moved into their own tabs.
- Website / App Insights Projects: Website / App Feedback projects have been renamed.
XM Directory
- Contacts Migration: The Contacts tab has been deprecated, and all users have been migrated to XM Directory or XM Directory Lite.
- Single Profile Update to Experience ID Task: A new workflow task that lets you create or update a contact in XM Directory. Includes the ability to add transaction data and set subscription status for the contact.

Customer Success Hub: You can now easily access the Customer Success Hub from your Qualtrics account using the app switcher.

Updated SMS Distribution Experience: The SMS distribution experience in survey projects has been redesigned. You can now distribute SMS to lists, samples, segments, and batches of transactions from all the directories you have access to. The message composer has also been updated, and you can now define a survey link expiration and delivery time window. This feature will be gradually rolling out from August 2 - August 10, 2023. You will be able to switch back to the old version of SMS distributions until August 31, 2023.

- Participant Portal: The interface for the participant portal in 360 projects has been updated with a streamlined experience and accessibility improvements. Note: The support site content for the updated Participant Portal will be published on August 16.

- Imported Video and Audio Projects: New project type allows you to import media files into Qualtrics to use the video editor and sentiment analysis.
- Audio & Video Editor: The audio & video editor for video responses has been updated to include AI-powered analyses that summarize your videos and identify common themes across videos.
