Administration

  • Admin Reports: You can now export the API Usage Details table as a CSV or TSV file.

CX Dashboards

  • Quick Service Restaurants Benchmark: The Quick Service Restaurant benchmark has been added for CX dashboards. With this benchmark, you can use insights from other organizations to analyze customer experiences in an increasingly competitive landscape.

  • Drivers of Attrition: This prebuilt employee journey helps you analyze attrition trends in your organization.
  • Engagement Summary Visualization Updates: The Engagement Summary visualization in report templates has been updated. A horizontal bar visualization type and the ability to add visualization-level filters have been added, and it is now WCAG 2.1 AA compliant.
  • Participation Summary Visualization Updates: The Participation Summary visualization in report templates has been updated. A horizontal bar visualization type has been added, and the visualization is now WCAG 2.1 AA compliant. 

EX Dashboards

  • Engagement Summary Widget Updates: To provide a consistent experience across all widgets, the Engagement Summary widget will now show data from all dashboard data sources by default, and you can add a filter to display data from a single source. The widget is also now WCAG 2.1 AA compliant. These changes only apply to newly created widgets.

Survey Platform

  • Deprecation of Qualtrics Surveys for Microsoft Teams: On October 16, 2024 you will no longer be able to use the Qualtrics app to send and complete surveys right in Microsoft Teams. You can still send the anonymous link in Teams, or try our Microsoft Teams task if you’d like to automate distribution to specific recipients. This deprecation does not affect EX Microsoft Teams distributions.

Workflows

  • API Usage Threshold Event: A new Workflows event that allows you to monitor your brand’s API usage and trigger a workflow when the usage meets critical levels.
  • Extract Data from Tickets Task: New extractor task for ETL workflows that allows you to extract your Qualtrics ticket data to load into another destination, such as an SFTP server or an imported data project.
  • Viewing Successfully Triggered Workflow Runs: You can now view information about how each individual condition in a workflow was evaluated.

  • In-Product Dynamic Help Window: For non-FedRAMP users with their account set to English, you can now ask questions to the Qualtrics Support AI Assistant from directly within the in-product help window.
  • In-Product Dynamic Help Window: For supported platform languages, you can now ask questions to the Qualtrics Support AI Assistant from directly within the in-product help window.

XM Platform

  • Interaction Report: A new report for Brand Administrators that shows the interaction consumption for your current Qualtrics license. This is a detailed view of your data consumption allowing for greater transparency into your license usage. Interactions can be survey responses, online reviews, video screen captures, and more. Please note that this report is currently only available for single product or single suite CX and Strategy & Research licenses on the new simplified pricing and packaging plans.

360

  • Employee Led 360 ProjectsA new type of 360 project that allows for more individual flexibility. Employees can opt-into receiving 360 feedback, choose who’d they’d like to receive feedback from, and decide when they’d like to receive feedback based on their individual development goals.

Digital Assist

  • Digital Assist: The Digital Assist App provides a centralized view of user behavior on your website, and allows users to view session replays and access diagnostic tools like funnels and heatmaps. This gives stakeholders easy access to insights, and allows you to identify any drop-off points in the user experience to make informed website adjustments.

Location Assist

  • Location Assist: The Location Assist App provides a simplified, intuitive experience for frontline staff, like location managers. It surfaces the parts of Qualtrics that matter most by providing a dedicated home page with program-wide insights and recommended actions. Administrators can configure Location Assist for their organization, and customize the appearance of the app within the Settings Tab.

XM Solutions

  • EX Drivers of Attrition Solution: This solution helps organizations identify employee groups with the highest attrition, find critical experience gaps between employees who leave vs. stay, and uncover statistically significant drivers to explain trends in attrition.

  • In-Depth Interviews: This project type allows you to conduct remote live moderated sessions with respondents. You can manage bookings, conduct interviews, and access and analyze your recordings all in one place.

Strategic UX

  • Moderated User Testing: This project type allows you to conduct user research through remote live moderated sessions with respondents. You can manage bookings, conduct interviews, and access and analyze your recordings all in one place. This project also includes the new Interview Selector question type.
