Hi, I’m wondering if and how other schools/districts connect Qualtrics to their SIS system. We have a connection for embedded data gathering in surveys, but I am talking more about creating a dashboard that is fed by information from our SIS (which is PowerSchool). We want to set up a dashboard that pulls in things like student attendance, student grades, and other items that will help our interventionists see a sort of “whole view” of a student without having to click through multiple screens within the SIS itself.
We were at X4 and visited the Expert Bar where our expert told us that we would need to set up a JSON event through workflows, and this would need to interface with an API. Does anyone know exactly how this works? Would you be able to give us some guidance/instructions for getting this set up?
