My team and I are planning to create 6 mini surveys that will be sent out to health care providers once a week (so let's say 6 weeks). How can we ensure that the same individual responds to all six surveys and that their user ID is successfully matched? This is crucial for generating a data report to display under a consistent user ID. Hope my question makes sense. Thanks!
By using personalized links, you can capture an embedded data field with their unique user ID that you can tie back to each respondent. Or you could use an authentictor with an anonymous survey link, so they can type in a password/username which could be their user ID number in order to take the survey.
