I currently have a survey planned, as part of the demographics candidates can pick US as well as other demographics,
Is there a way within the survey logic if the candidates pick US, the rest of the survey’s spellings and questions be coded to match US spelling but only if they pick this?

You can use Translations feature for this. But the respondents will have to select the required demographics from the dropdown situated above the question and not from the actual survey question (see image below). You can add a statement saying ‘Please select your appropriate state/country’ or anything as per your requirement.
