Incomplete response-Duration is 0, but finished is true and progress is 100%

I used email to distribute the survey. When I checked the data, and found that many people's duration was 0, BUT finished is true, and progress is 100%. Obviously, they are not really completing it. I was wondering what mistake I made in "Survey options"?

    @Yuchao17 Could you provide more details about survey flow and survey end? How does it look when you check the response details? Are the questions actually displayed or is there maybe an issue with display logic?

    Did you disable the bots from 'Survey Options → Security'?
