I want to create a question type that doesn’t exist. I have a previous question in my survey that carries forward statements. The statements are company names the respondent has rated greater than 2. 

I want each of the company name to display on a card, like in a carousel on a matrix table. Below the card I want there to be sliders along a 7-point bipolar scale between sets of attributes: Conventional/Innovative, Expensive/Affordable, Doubtable/Trustworthy, and so on for 6 different scales. 

That way the respondent is rating how strongly they associate the company on the card with the attributes on the scales below it. 

Has anyone done something like this?
