Why I can´t delete all of my responses?

You should be able to, however that many may take some time. You should be able to close that status box whenever you'd like, return to the survey in a bit and they should be gone. If not, try refreshing your account...

That gives it a nice reset! Gives you one more opportunity to clear them out.
If these steps fail, I would contact support directly.
