We are launching a life cycle project, and our main metric is NPS.
I would need to be able to graphic in the dashboard of this ex survey in a similar way to the EX options for NPS.
I didn't get the NPS question option in the survey, so i uploaded an NPS question from an CX project but i am unsure if this will work once we move to the dashboard.
Any suggestions of how can i manage to have NPS in a better way and that works for this EX project?
