Hello! We use a Qualtrics survey for admissions to one of our academic programs, and the survey is set up to funnel applicants to an end screen if they indicate that they haven't completed one of the requirements. Is there a way to add a back arrow on the end screen so that if someone accidentally says they haven't done something when they really have, they don't have to start over?

Hi @CateyUNCW
I don't think we have anything like this in Qualtrics. Since the "End of Survey" element takes you out of the survey, hence from there you won't be able to access the survey again.
I would recommend having a "Descriptive text" just before "End of Survey" element. In this "Descriptive text" you can show a message something similar to "End of Survey" and you can have a "back button" on this page. So, if the user wants to go back they can go back in the survey. And, if they click "Next" then it will be "End of Survey".
Hope that's help!
