How to navigate to the survey builder page in my qualtrics account.

Can you please guide me how to navigate to create new survey and manage existing surveys, i am always landing on the dashboard page when i login using sso

Clicking on the XM icon (top left corner) or choosing “Home” in the menu will bring you to the home screen.

 

 

The button for creating a new project can then be found at the bottom of the screen.

Hi @Reema_Karanwal ,

Can you confirm, your usertype? Just guessing that you have an Dashboard Usertype created which might result in this concern

i checked and from the Projects page i am able to filter surveys/Dashboards to edit/manage them.. however i cannot see XM directory in the home menu? could you check if this is related to any authorisation?

When i create a project, i only see 2 options. and cannot see any option to create a survey

Do you have the Account Permissions for creating a new survey?
In case you are not the Qualtrics Brand Admin, you might want to get in touch with your admin.

Hello @Reema_Karanwal - I see you have contacts in your account, which means XMDirectory is not available.

Can you check and confirm if Directories is availed in your license?

And about the surveys, kindly check with your Brand Admin if you have below enabled -
