Multiple choice question with descriptive columns

I have a multiple-choice where each answer corresponds with two descriptive columns.

Cost               Cost per Unit
       $0                             $0
     $1,000                       $50
       ...                                ...

Participants will select one row using a radio button on the very left. How can I make this sort of question using Qualtrics? I am envisioning using the multiple-choice question type, but I'm not sure how to go about making it.
