Building a best-in-class Community, together
The Qualtrics XM Community has grown so much since its inception in 2017. What was initially intended to be a basic forum to connect XM practitioners has developed into a thriving, global Community, with members on every single continent (yes, even Antarctica)!
Together, Community members have posted thousands of product answers, insights into XM best practices, custom code solutions, and grown their professional networks through participation in special Community groups.
In 2025, we want to improve the Community experience for everyone who comes here, and also facilitate easy, direct access to the whole spectrum of XM expertise – including thought leadership from XM experts, Qualtrics product and solution knowledge, as well as customer networking opportunities – both virtually, and in-person. To this end, we are joining forces with Qualtrics’ thought leadership experts, as well as the XM Advocates, to create one combined Community for everyone in the XM universe: The Experience Community.
The Experience Community is a single destination designed to meet the needs of everyone within the XM world. Whether you specialize in XM best practices and high-level theory, or if you prefer to get deep into the details of how our products work, the Experience Community is your home. Everyone has a place and is welcome. We encourage everyone to engage in the Experience Community by joining interest groups, posting your thoughts and reflections and questions, attending virtual and live events, and subscribing to enablement content that can be delivered directly to your inbox.
The changes that are coming are all additive in nature; nothing is being taken away from the existing XM Community platform. All of the wonderful content and ideas our Community has contributed over the years will still be here, unchanged. The Experience Community will have a fresh new look and feel, as well as new content from Qualtrics team members, but no features or content are being removed. We are also not changing platforms with this change. A longer FAQ post will be posted soon with more details about what to expect and specific timelines.
Qualtrics leadership has set the goal of delighting Community members in 2025, and accelerating excellent experiences with simplicity – and that is our goal in launching the Experience Community.
