Pulse survey frequency

Anually only - unfortunately.

I aim to give staff the opportunity to provide feedback during the year as well.

Most of the organisations prefer to do it every quarter and an employee engagement survey is conducted once a year 

In my organization, they conducted the Pulse survey Annually.

Annual baseline in first of Feb with Pulse in July.  Tried Quarterly but began receiving requests from department leaders to opt-out.
