How can I change the question text a question based from the response from a slider question?

Just to display different "next questions" is easiest done with display logic and set the parameters based on the response in a previous question. But some additional information would be nice :)

The easiest way is to put QID66 in the next block and set the embedded data field using branch logic in the survey flow.
