problem in exporting survey data

I have a problem in exporting my survey data to SPSS or any other dataset csv, excel, etc. I can only download the following information

StartDate
EndDate
Status
Progress
Duration__in_seconds_
Finished
RecordedDate
ResponseId
DistributionChannel
UserLanguage

Click on below yellow highlighted check box while downloading the data.

Thank you. Unfortunatly I have that options selected. I have send a message to the support. Just wondering if this problem is just happening to me.

@Patricia Arriaga Did you happen to check your admin security settings to see if you have any settings disabled under Survey Platform?

There are a few items in there that could cause you not to be able to see the actual responses.

Try it out; I hope this helps!
