Assigning participants into treatment groups based on percentage that answered yes/no to a prior question?

Hi All,

I’m running a survey where our participants are asked a series of questions and then assigned to 1 of 2 vignette treatments. I’m trying to create a quota for who is assigned to which treatment based on how they answered Q1 (i.e. 50% of respondents who on Q1 answered ‘No’ and 50% of respondents who answered ‘Yes’ are assigned to treatment 1, and 50% of respondents who on Q1 answered ‘No’ and 50% of respondents who answered ‘Yes’ are assigned to treatment 2). Branching/Quotas don’t work for this type of issue.
