I can't figure out why my participant count in one of my widgets is significantly less than all of those who took the survey. I don't believe the widget has a filter on it....Is the the NPS by Purpose of Store Visit...245 Responses while 777 have taken the survey....

pmalone95 To pick up on InessaG 's comment, if you don't set questions to be required, then some respondents will not answer all questions so your response numbers will be different. You can set on the survey tab wither to collect incomplete responses or not
