Hi, I have a question regarding user (viewer) access management of Qualtrics CX dashboards.
A certain user group in our organization has requested access to all available dashboards. While I can assign/add dashboards to this user group one by one, it's a mammoth task given the number of dashboards we have. Is there an easy way to share multiple dashboards at once?

I don't think there is an way to share multiple dashboards at once. But i would suggest you to try to simplify the process by creating a role and assigning the necessary permissions to it. Once the role is set up, you can add the user group to that role and giving them automatic access to all dashboards associated with it.
