How do I delay the timing of my creative for an in-app survey?

I'm running a survey on a specific page of our mobile app, and I want to trigger the survey only after the user has spent a certain amount of time on that page. When I run intercepts on our website, I'm able to add a delay to our creative within the creative options:Yet when I look for these options for in-app surveys (either within creatve or display logic), no such option exists. The only thing qualtrics offers is 'time spent in app' but that applies to the entire app session, and not the time spent on a specific page.
