I have some buttons on my website right now and I choose to use intercepts to make the surveys triggered when the buttons are clicked.
The thing goes well on my website. The surveys can be triggered on my website.
However, we have clients that on different domains to use my website as an iframe on their website. In this case, the intercepts cannot be triggered.
My guess: the cookies Qualtrics needed turns to third-party cookie when my website is embedded in iframe and get blocked.
Let me know if there’s other possible reasons, solutions or workaround.
