Hi Folks!

here’s my quick intro:

  • 📜 Background: I currently work as a Senior Delivery Manager for NTT DATA. I've fulfilled a number of B2B Service Management roles in the enterprise telco and service integrator space over the past 15+ years. My passion for Experience Management was ignited 6 years ago when I gained Forrester's CX Professional certification which was complemented by XM Fundamentals certification in 2022. I strive to meet client expectations by continually engaging across the different internal silos to ensure we can deliver on our promises.
  • 💙 Interests: I enjoy learning new things about Experience Management and being part of different XM communities. I remain very keen on taking a client journey approach in my work by engaging with the different business units to ensure the smoothest journey possible for our clients. My time is also spent on advocating the Outer Loop to realise the potential to continuously improve the way we work for ever better outcomes. And finally I'm particularly interested on where the worlds of Service & Experience Management intersect as I strongly believe these two frameworks have incredible complementary potential
  • 🎯 Goals: gaining another XM certificate would be cool to have under my belt. Another objective is to add a publication to my admittedly modest online article collection. Time & budget permitting I also aim to attend upcoming Experience Management events in my neighborhood.
  • 😁 Fun Facts: I've circled the globe by having lived and worked on 3 continents: North America, Asia and Europe and speak 4 languages. I like going for long walks with the family dog or long bike rides with friends like the 400+ mile ride last summer island hopping off the coast of Seattle. Even though I love pizza I still have not mastered the basics of being able to make a good crust!
