How to create a reuseable event based workflow


My team sends out various surveys that typically end with a "is there anything else you would like to tell us" type question. Sometimes theses responses contain keywords that we would like to trigger a response to alert our customer service team outside of Qualtrics.

Is there any way to create a reuseable workflow that can be applied to that question anytime a survey is created? We would like to not duplicate the work for every individual survey.

TLee - A simple way to do this would be to create this setup in a survey and then copy that survey so that the workflows are also copied. This would prevent the need to reconfigure the workflow.

An alternative solution would be to create the workflow as a standalone workflow. It will suggest that you move it to the project, but ignore that suggestion. Then you can make copies of the workflow and change the project on each copy.
