I am trying to set up a series of questionnaires for my longitudinal study.  The first is live and currently collecting sign-ups for the study.  Within this questionnaire respondents are providing a date that I need to use to trigger the dispatch the research study questionnaires (the first questionnaire needs to go out 3 weeks before the date given by respondents, the second questionnaire 4 weeks after the date given and the third questionnaire 4 months after the date given (or 3 months after the response to the second one).  

I had hoped to do this using a workflow but it seems those can only trigger immediately on set up or a set time based on the response to the questionnaire (which doesn’t work as the date given by respondents is not linked to when they respond to the sign up).  

I need to be able to follow all these respondents through the questionnaire journey.
