Why is my Survey skipping one of my branches | XM Community

Hi all! Here is my survey flow:

The question the arrowed branch is referring to is directly before it and the participant can reply yes, no, and unsure. 

In preview, if I click yes it shows the branched block and then continues like normal. However, if I click either no or unsure it completely skips the block I wanted it to show and moves on to the next part (the very bottom block in this image. Why is it skipping it? 

I haven’t used randomisers so it can’t be that. If I move the yes branch before it, it still works and the no/unsure still skips. 

 

How do I fix this?

Please check if you have added skip logic to the question in the ‘Survey Builder’.

SOLVED! 

 

I think it was a bug - I deleted the no and unsure option on my actual question, added them again in the exact same way and it worked.
