Contact Frequency based on Survey completion

I have a requirement from the client on the contact frequency.

  • If a customer receives an INVITATION to the AB survey, they are not eligible for another INVITATION to this survey for 59 days.
  • If a customer COMPLETES the AB survey, they are not eligible for another INVITATION to this survey for 365 days.

Is there any way to set this rule based on survey completion?
