How are unsubscribes handled during migration from XM lite to XM Directory full? | XM Community

Does anyone have any experience migrating directory contacts from XMD Lite to XMD full? 

We have a long list of unsubscribed contacts saved as a contact list in XMD Lite. I’m wondering if all those unsubscribed contacts will be automatically opted out in the XMD full once the migration is complete?

My brand went through this migration 3 years ago, and I seem to recall that the opt-outs were preserved. But it’s probably a good idea to ask your Qualtrics customer success manager or account exec just to make sure.
