Does anyone have any experience migrating directory contacts from XMD Lite to XMD full?
We have a long list of unsubscribed contacts saved as a contact list in XMD Lite. I’m wondering if all those unsubscribed contacts will be automatically opted out in the XMD full once the migration is complete?
+30My brand went through this migration 3 years ago, and I seem to recall that the opt-outs were preserved. But it’s probably a good idea to ask your Qualtrics customer success manager or account exec just to make sure.
