If the Automation is ran more than once will the participants receive a survey each time or is it flagged as already sent?

Qualtrics is usually pretty smart about that. If the recipient email and message would be identical (eg it is the exact same record, so any embedded data fields or other record details that would make the message otherwise "unique" would be the same, Qualtrics should "skip" resending to them again. It may show up in the distribution history as "Skipped" or "Duplicate."
