Hi all, I'm setting up an Auto Email Distribution that got linked with an Auto Contact Importer, but the Run Summary Email is too simple.
I have to go to Automation History and Distribution Tab in the Survey to find out that some of the Email is Bounce and Fail due to typing errors. One way to work around is to schedule a daily filtered Distribution Funnel Dashboard through Email but it's only weekly and I don't think that is what it was made for.
So I think the Summary Email should include more detailed information on the process and maybe even the csv/tsv detail file as an attachment so that we can acknowledge immediately if any problem occurs

Additionally the email summary cannot be modified.

I know the summary email is uncustomizable, that's why I think it's lacking in detail. Some IDs and Run Times don't provide the information I'm looking for in a "post-process report email" and if I have to go searching for it manually then it's not automatic anymore. Please let me know your opinion on this
https://community.qualtrics.com/XMcommunity/discussion/comment/53509#Comment_53509Now that you can get the report daily I think you can use the email dashboard and use page filters for all the bounced emails there might be a delay in updating the dashboard. Hence, the other solution is if you're familiar with API you can use the following API and input the distribution ID from your summary email and get the entire CSV daily which will reduce the hassle of logging in and finding the data.

Also, there is no Distribution event option in the trigger so it must be a scheduled event. I think I'll stick with the scheduled email dashboard.
