Send a "Thank You" to Certain Groups of Finished Respondents

I know how to send a general "Thank you" to every finished respondent, but is there a way to send specific "Thank you" emails to different groups of finished respondents? For example, if a respondent has given a promoter score, you may want to word the "Thank you" email differently to the "Thank you" email you send to your detractors. I cannot find anyway of changing the recipients nor adding in conditional criteria when sending a "Thank you" to a distribution group.
