I recently did a directory upload and it made duplicate copies of contacts. I have the merge off and use an external data reference to avoid duplicates. 

 

Is there a way to undo a directory upload? Let me know.

@aubrown You can use merge existing contact to deduplicate contacts that already on your directory.

For future upload, you should set deduplicate rule to avoid similar incident.

If you want to recover the directory to previous state, contact Qualtrics support.
