I have a survey to send to a panel where I have multiple email addresses for some members of the panel, and I’m not sure which email address is more effective. If I send an email to Ryan at both r@gmail.com and y@gmail.com, and they respond to r@gmail.com, is there a way that I can use the Workflow XM Directory task to opt-out the contact with r@gmail.com from the list?
Assume that each panel row has the other email as embedded data. I know I can find the correct contact, but I’m not sure I can edit the opt-out status via the XM Directory task.
Alternatively, there another workaround that I’m missing?
