Can you manipulate the order of loop iterations | XM Community
Skip to main content

Hi all,

I have a loop based on a number of brands. I will select two of them  in order to be shown in the loop.

The problem is that in the first iteration I need to ask more questions than in the second loop.

Now I wonder if I can manipulate the order of the brands with in the loop. Somehow this should be possible because we can randomise the loop order.

Any hints, tips, solution are welcome.

Thanks a lot and best regards

Rudi

Hi…

there are few blog posts that you should look into .. which might help a little i guess

Hi,

I think advanced randomization can also be used

@Rudi - If you base the loop off the displayed choices in a MC question, you can used Advanced Randomization and Display logic on that question and it will carry forward to the loop. Don’t know if that helps your specific need, but it gives you a lot more randomization options.

Hi Tom,

thanks a lot. The carry forward was my missing link. And with JS the randomization options become infinte,😉

Best regards
