Can the survey include a field for the laboratory generated barcode ID? We just need a blank field called “laboratory barcode.” Interviewer will need to type in but maybe could take a picture too?

I figure out a way to solve out this problem: using File Upload Question. However, it's very weird that I cannot see this question in my preview version when I use my mobile phone or other browser. I design my survey in Chrome, and I can see this question in preview in Chrome.
But I cannot see this question in my iphone or Safari brower. What happened?
Now I know. I have to click "Publish". Otherwise I cannot see my File Upload Question. Weird
