Every time I access this site, my screen goes blank briefly and then reloads. Thought it was just my set up at home but I have found this also happens at the office - know it’s an odd one but wanted to check if this happens to anyone else. 

X4 London took place on 17th June!This was a big get-together, with thousands of attendees hosted at Tobacco Dock, a very cook venue.The main takeaway? If you're not on top of what your customers and your own people are thinking and feeling, you're going to get left behind!The big buzz was all around Artificial Intelligence and specifically, Qualtrics "Experience Agents" - Think of them as smart digital helpers that can have a proper chat with customers and staff, getting a real handle on what people are saying, and then sort things out on the spot. It's a move away from just collecting feedback that might not get read into taking action, quickly.It was great to see big names like Tesco and L'Oréal there. They were all saying the same thing: look after your staff, and they'll look after your customers. Hopefully, this works:💁 Background: I have been involved with Employee Experience Management for over 5 years at my current organization. I currently work in People Analytics as a Sr Principle Analyst,  managing our lifecycle surveys, providing analysis of our employee sentiments and other analytical support involving HR data. 🎵 Interests: I am very keen to explore sentiment and trend shifts as employees move through their journey in our organization and how we might best influence their experiences to be more positive.  ⛳ Goals: I would love to learn more best practices from those managing best in class Employee XM programs.  🎈 Fun Facts: I have two movie accurate Captain America costumes I wear to children’s hospitals for charity events.
