I'm trying to work with side-by-side column scaled response (likert) any way to make it exclusive a one single column. Thank you!

Thank you for the help Deepak, however I asked a wrong question it supposed to the last row statement should be make answer exclusive and I already figured out by using matrix table and make the last row exclusive
