There's a ways you could share a data report:
1) You could create a public report link by pressing Share Report in the results section of the Reports tab of your survey. You then click Manage Public Report and obtain a link you could include in any email/IM to colleagues
2) You could schedule a mailing by also going to the Share Report in the results section and pressing Schedule Report Email

1. Is the link I email out for a fixed period in time or is it rolling/live updates?
2. How do I lock it so the viewers don't tamper with the setups/formatting I've built?
