+15Does anyone know if there was a recent change in how page views are counted in Qualtrics for website feedback/app projects?
I have a project where the website was well under the 10 million page views annual limit for the past 5 years, and all of a sudden in the last 4 months it’s gone over 10 million. The client’s internal web analytics don’t indicate any major change in traffic, average pages per visit, etc.
We have this same issue and it’s due to using the single page application setting. We have a single page app so need this setting for one of our intercepts. As result, it counts our feedback tab millions of times…...

Yeah not at all impressed with the Qualtrics digital platform - think there are probably better alternatives.
