We would like to take this opportunity to thank you all for your hard work, expertise, and help making the XM Community such a wonderful place! Thanks to you, our community has grown and flourished over the course of the last four years. Now, the community is home to 24,200+ amazing users and 11,000+ answered Questions!

In 2021, we gained 6,200+ new users, 1000+ Product Ideas, and accomplished a whole lot more...
- The XM Community was nominated for a CMX Award and LaurenK won the CMX Community Professional of the Year Award
- We hosted a Q&A featuring Jill Larson (JillKLarson) and Karen Goldstein (KarenG)
- We launched Groups, including the Brand Administrators Group, the Jobs & Careers Group, the K-12 Group, the Higher Education Group, and the Government Group
- We redesigned the XM Community, the Badge of the Month Program, and the Rank & Rewards Program, including a brand new Hall of Fame
- Expanded the New Product Features Category to include Monthly Product Release Notes
