Unfortunately, I won’t be attending X4.

But I am excited to learn more about upcoming AI features on the platform.

Anything planned like chat based AI use cases on Dashboard - that can generate charts, analyse and answers the required numbers through prompts.

I’m fascinated by AI’s role in personalization and feedback loops for more dynamic user experiences. Excited to see how others are using these trends!

Hi @Chhavi_Ch,

Are there specific use cases between FinTech and AI that interests you?

I really like to see use cases of the solution in organisations and how it is all set up.

Hi everyone!

I know a lot of you expressed interest in Qualtrics AI innovations/products. I want to share a recent webinar ‘Experience Management in the Agentic Era’ (thanks @SeanS for bringing this to my attention) hosted by Qualtrics leaders. Simply register and you’ll receive access to the webinar.

Because of the overwhelming interest in AI, we’re still working on bringing you AI-themed webinars/events in the future. Stay tuned!

I have a sort-of “anti-AI” question. As AI (especially generative AI) is spreading, I’m thinking about how we can make sure that responses were actually created by people who are thinking about my questions and my survey, and not generated by AI. I don’t care what a language model thinks about my topics, I care what a human thinks about my topics! What best practices should we be developing to check for this?

@Jona, there are definitely risks with AI harming the validity of responses in research projects. Excited to hear what suggestions others have to counter this 😀

I’m excited to be attending X4 again this year! I’m especially looking forward to discussions on synthetic data—how brands are leveraging it and where it’s headed. Lately, I’ve been reflecting on its impact on the research industry, and I can’t wait to explore this further. I’m also eager to learn more about Qualtrics EDGE and any new platform updates. One of the main reasons I attend X4 is to stay at the forefront of innovation, so I can bring valuable insights back to my team and best support our CX, EX, and research clients.

Hello Everyone,

I’m in the Can’t Attend side and i am very excited for the eventual use of the AI module to provide our front line health care managers with faster summaries, theme analysis, and insights of our open ended data. As we focus our our key drivers, I am interested in providing more compassionate and empathetic healthcare to our patients so i would be interested in Jason Guardino agenda item “Compassionate healthcare: Redefining experiences for patients, physicians, and staff”, if a video link is available in the future

Hoping to attend next year

I will not be present at X4 unfortunately. Top of mind, AI is the main subject in 2025. It brings new opportunities but also we need to make sure to use it the right way. Really excited to see where it brings us!

Attending for my 3rd time! I honestly would prefer less keynote and more breakouts - but would love more depth in the breakouts.

@VKDoshi, it’s on March 20, 1:45-2:15pm and we’ll be located next to the What's Brewing Cafe on the show floor. It’ll be a great opportunity to chat with other Community members, meet the Experience Community team, and grab some exclusive Community X4 swag!

Unfortunately, I won’t be attending X4 like many here 😒 But, that does not mean Experience Management is far from my mind 😁

💙There is a lot (and I mean a lot!) of hype around the potential of AI so I'll refrain from repeating the main talking points here. Okay I'll include one ... I'm excited about the potential of AI to gauge the sentiment of the customer while the experience is happening (i.e. during the transaction) allowing the service provider to act and steer the event towards a better outcome in real time. This is different from asking post transaction what the customer remembers about their experience. All the hubbub aside, it will be interesting in a few years time to look back and see who was right!

💛What continues to intrigue me are the efforts of self proclaimed experts, gurus and various
organisation to define what 'good' CX is and their attempts to set the global standard. Although many share common guidelines and follow similar principles, there remain many different schools of thought, competing frameworks and certification bodies. One particularly promising recent development is the development of XLAs which combine X (experience) and O (operational) data with T (technical data) so watch this space! 🤓

💚Finally there is the principle of the Outer Loop which is keeps me busy these days. It should be of no surprise to anyone that it exists in many guises. Take CSI from the ITIL service management methodology which has its roots in 1980's British government. Or consider Kaizen , PDCA and TQM which developed in post war Japan thanks to Deming's amazing work. Or arguably its more recent iterations of Lean and Six Sigma. Then there are several Project Management methodologies like PRINCE2 which include lessons learnt exercises upon completion of the project. And what about Peter Senge's Learning Organizations which foster a culture of continuous improvement. All of these describe the importance of using insights gained from experience to continually improve they way they work for ever better outcomes!
