Customise time period on trend charts

I have created a trend chart where I want to show results of how last financial year compares to this financial year. As our financial year is 1 July - 30 June, the 'year' time period will not work. Is there a way that results can be shown at a yearly view using this time frame? Thanks in advance.

Add Responses in Progress to a widget

Hi,I am working on CX dashboard which has the purpose to show survey monitoring metrics. I would like to include the number of responses that are in progress. Perhaps leverage from start/end date to create a widget. I can't seem to find the right metric available to use.Any ideas?Thank you

Can you create conditional fields to use in Dashboards?

Hey,I wonder if anyone can help,We've got a survey which sends out to two parts of the company "A" and "B" this information is embedded. When the respondents are completing the survey those that are "A" are not shown Q2 but those that are "B" are. They are asked to select whether they work in area "1" or "2" within B.I want to create a bar chart where on the X-axis I could have categories "A","1" and "2". I thought I might be able to create a new conditional field called department that says If company part = "A" then department = "A"else if area = "1" then department = "1"else department = "2"Does anyone know if something like this is possible?Thanks in advance!

Dashboards - Apply to all Widgets setting?

When creating a dashboard, can you mass produce widgets if you want the same type of information displayed? An apply to all widgets button?I know there's a feature at the top of the page to apply a filter to all, but I'm specifically interested not having to create each widget, but maybe a few at a time if they are the similar with minimal changes.Any help is appreciated,Brianna

Very slow response update in Dashboards & Surveys

Hello,I have created a Survey in Customer Experience & also a dashboard on top of it.I uploaded 100 responses from excel but it took 2 days for the data to show completely in the dashboard.Same is the case if I am trying to update the responses in the active surveys it takes 1-2 days to actually show up in the dashboard.Is this normal?As I have read that Qualtrics works in real time.

How can I automate importing a CSV into a dashboard?

I also already have automation set up pulling a CSV each month for survey, but I would like to use that same list and make a dashboard for the file - for even the rows where the person did not fill out the survey.

Changing count to percent of count

Rank order questions analysis in Dashboard

Hello,I am wanting to use a "Rank order" type question where staff select their top three options. How can i display this in the Dashboard. I can see that you can do it within the "reports" and "data and analysis" of the survey. But i would like to know what the best graph to use to get the most out of this question? Thanks Emmeline

Dashboarding a Test item analysis

I used Qualtrics to pilot a 40 item post test. The test items were multiple choice, with sometimes 2,4 or 5 answer choices, and I used the scoring function that made each correct answer worth one point.In my dashboard I was able to create a custom metric to dashboard the average score out of 100 points.I would like to go further and do an analysis of the test itself, to know which individual items the learners got right and those they got wrong, not just which answer was selected.I envision it as a breakdown bar with 40 horizontal items, indicating the percentages of learners who got a point and those who got 0 points, but a table would suffice as well.What would be the best way to visualize the test scoring?

How to create a table that list who did not complete the survey yet

Hi everyone,I want to create a table that would list out who did not complete the survey. In the current table i have created, when i use the survey metadata field finished it only gives me the option of 'true' (or yes they have finished) but not 'false'. has anyone created anything similar? i already have the survey and survey distribution as data sources. I want to create this without having to use a respondent funnel

Key Driver Widget not displaying all points on the graph

Hi, despite having data for each driver i want to plot in the driver analysis graph, the widget will not show me some points on the graph. I am unsure of the reason as we have numeric values set to each field and they display fine for all other widgets. We are plotting a fields on a 5 point scale against NPS.

Combine two surveys into the same dashboard

Hi! I would like to combine two different surveys (that have different survey questions) in the same dashboard, is that possible? I have tried the "add source" button in the dashboard settings where data source is added, and added the second survey as the second data source, and then added field for the second data source (see screenshot below): ! But then when directing back to edit the dashboard, the newly added sources do not appear in any widget edit for me to be selected as the data source: ! I did make sure they have the correct data type in the data source. Can anyone help me with this? Thanks!

User Self-Enrollment

Hi. I have setup a dashboard for reporting and created roles for a group of users to only see their own data based on permissions. Currently we do a mass export of these results, but I would like to know how to role out access to all these users without needing to set a password for all the individuals. Is there a way to activate self-enrollment for users to access the dashboard via link and set own password when logging in for the 1st time?

We don't have dashboards enabled yet, is there a work around?

I have a user who is looking to create a dashboard/chart/matrix as the one below. Unfortunately, we don’t have Dashboards in our environment yet, so I’m not sure how to get this to work without Dashboard. Also, it doesn’t necessarily have to look like that. It could be a 9x9 matrix tableau, where cells’ colors depend on inputs from the clients (rating going from 1- 5).Can you please assist us with a work-around?

Dashboard Temporarily Unavailable - Duration?

Hello Community,I just updated something in my dashboard data set, and usually the dashboard reloads within a few minutes. This time though it is not the case. I understand: "Some dashboard edits can make the dashboards temporarily unavailable. This means widgets may not show any data." - does anyone know potentially how long can this last? its been about 30 mins now and all my widgets are still empty so just wondering about the time frame.thanks so much,Anna

Value of a single customer comment

Hi all - I've been trying to figure out the best way to represent customer comments collected through various VOC touchpoints. Specifically, does anyone have any formulas or best practices on scoping the impact from customer comments. I know I read at one time in the past that a single customer comment, is equilivant to 20 customers...but I don't remember where I saw that or how that was calculated. If anyone has any ideas on how to quantify the potential customer impact, from customer comments, I'd appreicate hearing from you. I've tried this in the past and never felt good about the results, and with increased focus on customer feedback right now, I want to make sure what I deliver is not misleading the business.Cheers,Allen

Delay in ticket reporting page?

Hi!! i have been noticing some delay in the ticket reporting page. I have a widget showing the number of tickets per owner and status, for the ones open and in progress. Many tickets already closed are still appearing there. Is there a way to manually update this page? is someone else seeing that delay?

Unique/Distinct Count with Multiple Completes

Hello all, We want to have an open survey to collect up-to-date statuses as and when they may change, therefore the link type will be for multiple completes so they can complete it one day, and again the next day if their status changes and so on. Say we have 500 people being sent the survey, I want to show on the dashboard how many of those 500 have completed it. I can only find a way to count the total number of responses, which would mean we could end up with a response count of >500 responses. We're not interested in how many times the survey is completed, just how many of the total 500 have completed it.

Changed dashboard widget headlines do not remain

Hi. I have made a dashboard, and then made a copy of it and changed some widget headlines. All of this I have made with finnish as my qualtrics system language. When my colleague opens this copied dashboard with english as his qualtrics system language, the most of the changed headlines (however not all??) are shown to him as they were in the original dashboard. When he changes system language to finnish, everything is good - but he really needs to keep the system language as english, and still see the dashboard as I have intended it to be (in the copy). When I test the copied dashboard myself (changing system language from finnish to english), I see the same problem with the headlines. I can't really see no reason for the widget headlines to change when changing system language, when the dashboard is intended to be in finnish all the time, and I am not making any translations - just changing the headlines from other finnish texts to another. This is clearly an bug in the system,

How to combine matrix table (multiple answer) responses into a single column?

BACKGROUND: I have created a survey form that maintenance and customer services use to report issues. For one of the questions on this survey, the services groups can select seats within each row that require maintenance or attention. For example: ! Notice that for the matrix question the items are multiple answer. ISSUE: When I use Qualtrics' Dashboards to try and visualize the data produced by this matrix question, it isn't straightforward, intuitive, or easy. Each row from the matrix is represented by a single column in the back-end dataset. This doesn't easily lend itself to a visualization or table for reporting purposes. NEED: Thinking through this, I obviously am not going to get a visual in the dashboard as the platform is currently built. As a compromise, is there a more elegant way to concatenate all the columns of data from the matrix into a single column that lists the Rows AND Seats selected? (For example, if Row 1, Seat A and Row 2, Seats C & D were selected, I would

Displaying image in widget

Hello awesome community of users! In one of my surveys, we show a bunch of images to rate. In my dashboard, I'm showing the % of people who checked each image, but the name is quite confusing so I'd rather display images instead of text... In one of my widgets (simple chart), I was able to "cheat" a bit and to have the image displayed when the mouse rolls over the label (by adding img src="image url" after each label). But I'm wondering if there is a simpler way, one that would display the image directly, without having to roll over the label? Any ideas? Thanks everyone! Widget for reference: !
