CX Dashboards

Can anyone recommend how to remove an extra row in a side by side matrix question? See red arrow below. Your help is always appreciated.

I'm running into an issue where adding a filter at the top of the dashboard impacts the data in the dashboard widgets, even when no selection is made. Example: I have 15 responses in total. As soon as I add a filter (set to "all") for a specific question that only 10 people answered, the entire dashboard only displays data for the 10 people who responded to the filterable question. This is a huge problem for us. Do I have an incorrect setting?

Hello, exhalted Qualtrics Community! I humbly beseech you for your guidance today. I have created a dashboard which illustrates a week-over-week CSAT trend based on a transactional survey. The widget I'm using to plot this looks great, but I have encountered an issue which causes a discrepancy between Vocalize and our Survey reports. It seems all of my widgets and date filters define a week as Monday through Sunday, whereas our business uses the standard calendar week of Sunday through Saturday. Is there a way to configure both the filters and the widgets to use a Sun-Sat period to define a week? Has anyone else encountered this? Thanks in advance for your help!

We are new with Text IQ and wondering if someone can help us understand what the green and red words mean when in Analyze Text IQ where we review the comments when topics are assigned. The colors may vary, but the sentiment score stays the same.Any help you can give would be appreciated!

A data field I want to use is currently in the format of an ID number but I want to code those responses to instead show these IDs as staff member names. Can this be done in the dashboard? If not, how else could this re-coding be accomplished. Thanks!UPDATE: I think I found it. I'm looking into the recode editor. Please let me know if you have any other tips!

Hello,I am researching the idea of implementing the B2B Command Center add-on. In the Qualtrics playbook I am reading it does not mention that this feature is specific to users with Salesforce as their CRM. Hi everyone!!I'm trying to make a customized metric with the mensual variation of NPS (month over month). I was able to make it work, but it only works for the data of the last month (eg: november vs. october works fine but october vs. september does not). I dont want to use the number chart because it calculates the variation of the last 30 days (and not the real month over month).Thank you all in advance!Juan😀

Hello all,I've mapped data from a CSAT survey (sent to end-users) to an NPS survey (sent to B2B decision makers). The common identifiers between these two data sets are the account ID and the country which the response comes from. So concretely, it should look like "ABC Company has an NPS of 30.0 and a Top-2-Box CSAT of 80% in Australia, the US, Poland and India". I'm trying to solve for two issues:I'm in the NPS dashboard and have access to fields in the NPS survey that are not available in the CSAT survey. Yet, I'd like to use the fields that apply to account IDs (e.g. account segment) from the NPS survey to filter both NPS and CSAT data in the dashboard widgets. When I try to do this, I only get data for NPS. Is there a workaround?I'd like to show the results on the scatter chart with NPS score (not single LTR responses) as the x-axis and CSAT scores (not single CSAT responses) as the y-axis, by account ID and not by respondent. I don't manage to do this with the scatter plot chart

I've translated a dashboard with Label Translation and it worked fine for the widged contents and labels (although I'm surprised that multilingual projects don't create multilingual dashboards more easily...).However, when filtering data, the filter titles as well as choices (in multiple choice questions) remain in the language the dashboard was built in. With preset filters, I can translate the filter titles with the translation file, but not the choices.Has anyone solved this so that everything is translated?

Hello all,I used "loop and merge" to repeat NPS questions & drivers for all brands selected (multiple choice) in 9 surveys .In fact I have 15 brands * 9 surveys = 135 brands possible choices ( 5 brands are similar for the 9 surveys, the 10 others are different)In the dashboard (consolidating the 9 surveys), when I want the NPS score by countries for each of the 135 brands, I don't manage to get all the brands, here is what I get :Brand choice 1 (so this NPS score is an average of 9 surveys with brand 1 selected)Brand choice 2.........Brand Choice 15Instead of the 135 brands...(which I manage to get with "count" metrics in a simple chart)?Brand 1Brand 2....Brand 135Thanks for your help !

Hello,I am doing an exit survey for our company. I ask employees their reason for leaving, and there are about 10 options. They get to choose up to three reasons for leaving. How do I chart all the responses in Customer XM? I want to show each possible reason for leaving and how many answered that reason as their #1, #2, and #3 choices. Hi, I have a question - let's say I have a full listing that contains 5,000 customers. But instead of sending to everyone at one-go, I would want to send to just 100 customers every week. How can I do that on the CX platform?

I'd like to require a minimum of 10 RESPONENTS to show the results of a scale question/visual. When the response threshold filter is used on a scale visual it hides any of the scale responses below 10, regardless of the number of question respondents. Qualtrics support says I can't do anything about this. Has anyone found a workaround?

Is there a way to integrate CX widgets into 3rd party apps? Specifically, we would like to be able to show how a customer is performing (from a VOC perspective) in our CRM solution.

Hello! I am using the Response Ticker widget to display the open-ended answers to two questions (Main Idea, Other Ideas). However when selecting them in "Content", Qualtrics chooses the order of display and ends-up displaying my Other Ideas before my Main Ideas. I tried un-mapping both, and re-adding them in the order I want them displayed, but it had no impact at all. Any idea? Or it's not something we can control and I can't force one to appear before the other? Example below: ! Thanks!

Hi, I've created a page for a survey with different widgets. For layout purposes, my scorecard widget doesn't show all questions, you have to scroll to see all of them. I want to export the entire widget to a jpg, not only the ones that are visible without scrolling. For some reason I can't do that, anybody have a suggestion?

Hi, I'm wondering if there is any way to ensure a filter is applied when you click on a category within a widget created from a measure group. For example I have created a measure group widget from a satisfaction grid question and when I click on say 'very satisfied' for one of the measures in the widget the filter does not apply. Any ideas on how to get this to work would be greatly received.

I am attempting to compare data from a current survey (fielded for the past 3 weeks) and one that fielded roughly 1 year ago for about 3 weeks. I have mapped the 2 surveys as sources in the dashboard. Most of my data is in matrix questions and we want to report out top 2 box percentages with year over year comparisons. Using multi-source tables has been challenging because I want to compare data to last year’s survey and have run into limitations on the “previous period” comparison.  If I include responses from say... "this year" or "past 180 days" it works, however once that time has elapsed (180 days pass or it turns over to a new year) this comparison is no longer valid and the data changes on the dashboard. My survey has quite a few matrix questions with a lot of rows - so 50 or more rows to report on. I have thought about putting each row in a separate simple table widget and creating custom metrics for the year over year comparison. However, this involves creating 50+ widget

Hi Qualtrics users!I've searched for an answer on this but I'm not able to find anything so I'm hoping someone can help me.I want to edit an existing dashboard that was setup by another user. The dashboard was shared to me but I don't have the usual edit options.That user has since left our organisation and their account was downgraded to a ticket user.I'm set as a the brand admin so I hoped I would be able to edit is but I can't work out how to give myself the permission to do so!Help!

I have a survey with multiple multi-select questions. In my dashboard I have a widget per questions, but I would also like to display all the selections (across all questions) in a single widget - to show the most selected option to the least for the whole survey. Does anyone know how to do this? I assume it is through embedded data. I tried branching after each answer, and labelling them all individually under one embedded data name - but the last one I enter always overrides all of them. any help would be appreciated!

Hi All,I have a list of account numbers for our select account. I have survey responses from ALL ACCOUNTS with no metadata other than the account numbers themselves to filter by. Our top 10 accounts are made up of hundreds of account numbers. Is there a way for me to filter by 100s of account numbers easily? Can I create a filter outside of Qualtrics and upload it? Can I provide the list of account numbers in a comma delimitted format rather than a filter for each number?Thanks!Jon

Dear,We have connected Qualtrics with Marketo.Within the Distribution of a survey, we can choose a Marketo Distribution, and Marketo subsequently sends the emails.However, in the Distribution Funnel dashboard, these do not count as "Email Sent", and hence the Response Rate cannot be calculated.Is there any way to include Marketo distribution in the Funnel dashboard?
