New 360 Participant Portal

I am looking for resources/demo login options to the new 360 Participant Portal launching August 16. The email I received today says to visit the Participant Portal (360) page for questions on the new version but they are all still the old versions. I haven’t seen any other discussions started yet on here. When can admins expect more resources and access to demo versions to create job aids for our many employees using this platform in the next month.

Admin and evaluator in a survey in Qualtrics

Hi,  I´ve seen for the role ´´Brand Admin´´ it has been deployeed a first screen when login in Qualtrics in which you can choose whether you would like to land in Qualtrics in your admin account or as a participant to provide feedback in a survey.  Could this be deployed as well for the role ´´employee insights admin´´? It will be much easier for admins in Qualtrics to find the surveys in which they need to provide feedback. Maybe renaming them could also help. Thank you!

360 subject report: hide a question label

HiI want to show together a bar chart and a gap chart for every question.The question is repeating for both the bar chart and the gap chart and it does not look nice.I would like to hide the question names from both and add a free text for a better look but could not find a way to hide just the question label.

"No opportunity to observe" shows up as a 0 in data analysis

Hi there,I have a 360 survey set up with the option of "No opportunity to observe" on some of the questions. When this option is selected, the response to that question is considered "empty" by Qualtrics. However, when this empty response is grouped in aggregate, it will display as 0.This is skewing my reports. When I set up the report and try to pull the minimum values of the report, I get 0 for most since some individuals selected the “no opportunity to observe” option. Yet the answer should not be 0, at the least it should be a 1 as the  options are a scale from 1-7.Qualtrics help support said there is no work around for this...hoping someone can help me.

Dynamic (customizable) survey

Dear Community,I was wondering if anyone could help with ideas on how the execute the below:-It is needed that I find out a way to display questions to each subject, according to what is inserted in an excel import template, for example:John Doe - Q1: How are you?, Q2: How would you rate ...? Q3: Are you familiar with...?Jane Doe - Q1: Would you ...?, Q2: What do you think....?The answer options would be the same for each question, but the difficulty comes from that the questions are formulated differently and are a different number for each subject. So I have tried using display logic with different conditions and using embedded data for the questions, however, I have not been able to quite succeed in this. I would appreciate any tips on how I can make this work in the 360 module. Thank you in advance!Kind regards,Boryana

Confidentiality Breach with current 360°

With the current way the 360° works, someone launching their own 360° (we have a self served approach) can load a report one day, ask someone to still answer, then load the report again and easily see what that person has written thus breaching basic confidentiality principles.How is Qualtrics responding to this threat?🌩️

NO DATA SECURITY ROLES IN QUALTRICS

Hello,I'm wondering if someone else is facing the same issue with Qx.We have 360° now fully self led but I'm the only admin at the moment having access to ALL the data. I would like to give access to specific people in my org who have specific security accesses roles (like only for some regions for ex). So I would like for instance that a few support agent from the US access reports for the US only, same for EMEA, China etc...At the moment you get FULL access or nothing...It does seem possible to share such responsibilities in the system. I have asked that this is put in the roadmap but specific date of implementation :-(How are other customers handling this? specifically for countries like Germany, Austria who are very specific about who can access the data? How do you spread the access to such confidential data within your organization PLEASE?thanks!

We have a 360 project that allows individual employees to request a 360 whenever interested - this request goes through our HRIS team and they initiate it. As our individual development programs grow, this is becoming very tedious for our HR team to be constantly triggering 360's as requests come in. Is there a ways to make 360s self-serve? Any examples of orgs doing this?

360 degree survey - Can respondents add their colleagues for surveys and get aggregated responses?

Hello, I am new here, and I have a couple of questions. Can I set up a system that a focal respondent add his/her colleagues (their emails), and the colleagues receive unique survey links? I am hoping to have this feature because I am developing a 360 degree survey system.I am also curious if it is possible for them to get aggregated statistics from their colleagues' responses - like average, stdev, reliability withing the group, etc. If it is possible, can I also create a individualized report using my pre-written statements?Thank you for your help in advance!!

Dashboard error with comparisons

Hello everyone, I set up a dashboard for an ad hoc employee reaserch survey using, among others, an engagement summary widget. I added some comparisons to it but not every comparion is shown and the widget has an allert on top of it. Anyone knows what could have caused it?Thank you in advance, Gaia

How to get conditional statements to work in the new Qualtrics360 report format?

In the legacy report format we were able to have a chart and with conditional statements it allowed us to show where the 'self' response plotted on the chart and where the 'other' responses plotted on the chart. With the new report format it only allows us to plot the 'other' responses and not the 'self' responses. Any idea why this is happening and what we can do to make the conditional statements work the way they used to in the previous format?

Send Email When 360 Response Received

Is there a way to send an email to the manager each time a response is sent?We are planning to use the 360 survey to gather peer feedback on employees, a final report would be available to the manager but managers would like to know as the responses are being entered.

Evaluator email set-up

When a participant/subject receives the invite and they then enter their evaluators into the portal, does this system then launch the invite to the evaluators? Or does the evaluator invite need to be set up with a specific date/time so it goes out to all evaluators at once?

Visualization

I am working on the report for our first 360 review. I'm looking for a visualization that will display a breakdown of answers based on relationships. I'm hoping for something similar to the one below. Ideally, the answer choice would be listed on the left and the relationship would be the colored bars to give a visual of how each relationship group answered the question. Is there any visualization that will accomplish this? I'm sure there is a filter or data source or something else I'm missing. Thanks for any help!

Is it possible to show completion status in a report under 'My Reports'

So far I have been unable to find a way to include completion status(es) in an aggregate 360 report I built under My Reports. Here is what we need in addition we need% of subjects who have completed self and who have received all 'others' assessments of people they nominated + have completed all evaluations others have requested by nominating them

360 Dashboard - How to display question name instead of field ID?

Hello,I'm attempting to build a dashboard to summarize 360 results for my organization. When I create a table widget with "Average" set to "All Scores", the names come back as IDs. How can I convert this to the actual names of the questions instead?Thank you!

Please bring back the participation/completion percentage "feature" on the admin dashboard

Who doesn't need a quick view of completion status of projects? This feature was removed at some apparent upgrade. But, to me, is a definite downgrade of a basic need.It was there from my beginning with Qualtrics in 2013 until an upgrade-- not a hard fix to bring it back.

How to regain lost function of completion status on admin dashboard

Hi,I was advised to pose this here. Qualtrics 360 account since 2021- we now no longer have the ability to see completion status (percentages used to be indicated) for every project. How to create a Report to show Cohort Analysis of 360 surveys

Dear Team,One of our customer wants a report where he can comparative date of employee 360 feedback belonging to a particular band, department, grade etc? For example if employee A and his/peers belong to a department X and Band 3, 360 feedback is received for both his and his peers, where does A lie in terms of 360 feedback compared to that of his peers? New Reports: Using 'gaps' (dif. bet. rater grp avgs) w/in display logic, & conditional & pipe txt

I'm trying to access the 'gap' statistics shown in the new Gap Chart visualisation - the differences in mean scores between rater groups in 360s - and use them for the following purposes:Within visualisation display logic (custom rules)Within conditional textAs piped text within text elementsHas anyone been able to achieve this? It's frustrating, as the gap statistics are already used in the Gap Chart visualations, but don't seem to be accessible elsewhere! Help!
