Qualtrics Platform

Hey guys,I have been trying to work on javascript for a Qualtrics experiment. Basically I am trying to generate a string of numbers and format a particular digit in that string. I run this for 2 minutes, regenerating strings after an answer is subnmitted. This part of the code seems to work fine in the preview. The problem is that it does not do the formatting I indicate. Apart from the shared code, I have also tried using append and split but in both cases the formatting did not work (with my code). I have exhausted most resources and I hope I can get some help here. We have an issue in our org where reps are following-up on the tickets, but rarely click on the ticket link in the email and fill out the ticket information. Is there a way to “fill out” the follow-up questions in the ticket directly on an email in outlook? Trying to think of ways to get the follow-up filled out without requiring them to go to their qualtrics ticketing page (all of the respondents info is shown in the email).

Hi, I want to access Qualtrics data with Data Connector, so I can report real time responses and track response rates. How can I access one file in Qualtrics including respondents with responses and data elements included in the seed file as well as non-respondents with data elements included in the seed file uploaded on the Qualtrics? Hi,I have sent out a survey via mail from a distribution list. Now it is the case that additional metadata needs to be added but the survey has already been sent out. Is there any way to get that metadata into the funnel? I have already tried to update the distribution list but when I look at the funnel dashboard I do not see the updated meatadata.Is this possible at all?

Hi,I have a requirement to add NO RESPONSE option in a NPS question.Since there was no standard feature to do it, I am trying to do the following:1.I created a multiple choice question with scale of 0 to 10 and No response as options. This has NPS question label and this question is visible to user.​​​​​​​2.In the next block, I added a standard NPS question and have hidden it. I have added the below Javascript code in this question: 3.I plan to use the hidden NPS question in reporting. Below are the problems faced by me:The value doesn’t get assigned to the hidden question. But when I unhide the standard NPS question, I can see the values getting correctly assigned in case user has selected 0 to 10. In the case of NO RESPONSE, even with unhidden question, it doesn’t uncheck the previously selected value. I have not added ClickNextButton in code because in the block in which hidden question is present, there are other questions too. So the user would definitely click on Next button.What

Hi,I have 5 MCQ questions in a block , all separated by a page break. Each question has 3 options.  I want to add  timer  for 45 seconds for each question and auto-advance to the next question when the time is up.  Each question is mandatory (force response) but if they don’t answer the question within 45 seconds, I want them to be moved to the next question. I also want the questions to stay in the same block as I am scoring the questions in a block. I tried some codes on XM community which had Java Script code but did not work.Any help would be greatly appreciated. 

I have been noticing the issue described below for years but recently concluded that this was perhaps not how it is supposed to work.When I add a question to my survey, in this case of type Side by Side, it initially has a nice interface, as seen here: When I deselect the question by clicking outside of it, this interface disappears, which I can understand as it is not selected for editing anymore: However, when I then reselect the question, I would expect the original editing interface to return, but instead, only a very simple interface is applied, and options that exist in the original interface, such as for adding columns, are missing: Does anyone know what could cause this? There’s an error message in the console.I have tried different browsers, cleared the cache, and disabled all extensions.

Hi all,I need some help to setup my survey and streamline the questions. I have 2 same question (ask them to rate 1-5, and 1 optional comment question).And I have 84 different long messages (responses from people) that I want to randomise them when presenting to evaluators.Is there anyway I can streamline the process? I tried loop and merge but the field don’t not allow me to include the message (too long and don’t allow rich text format).Please help… If not I will have to create 84 blocks and 1 block (2 questions) and setup everything manually

Hi, I have a question with a slider that goes from 0 to 5000 but I need to have increments of 50. I know I can snap to increments up to 20, but is there a way to snap to increments larger than that? Like have 100 increments? Thanks!

Hello,  Is it possible to import variables for existing responses in Qualtrics? I am using the Conjoint simulator in Qualtrics and want to create segments based on external data I have on respondents. Currently, it seems that only new responses can be imported. Is there a way to update existing responses without doing it manually? Thank you in advance! 

Hi all,I am trying to create the following experiment in Qualtrics:Participants see a word on the screen until they press space. Then, the participants respond to a text entry question. From the moment the first word is shown on the screen a timer starts to run. Hello Everyone. I need to create a ticket and assign it dynamically to a team, and every team member needs to be notified. Assign a team dynamically it’s pretty simple, I’ve a defined and embedded data to set the Q_TicketTeam value. The problem is that only the ticket owner receive a notification and I cannot assign dynamically a ticket owner that it’s not a single user because Q_TicketOwner can be set only with usernames.Is there any way to notify all the team member when the ticket is created?Thanks in advances for any responses.

Hi there,I want to change the background color of the last Next button, which in this case has the title Send.We already use a lot of css within our survey, and thus I need to add the extra !important after the css color change. This is what I come up with, but in one way or the other it just does not add the !important field.How can I change the background color of the send button and make that the most important color.My current code:Qualtrics.SurveyEngine.addOnReady(function() { var nb = jQuery("#NextButton"); nb.css({ "background-color": "rgb(3, 129, 65) !important" });}); 

Our client wants to setup an SSO but they are using OIDC (OpenID Connect) for the authentication. We cannot find any solutions in the Qualtrics documentation. Is there anyone who can help or already experienced using OIDC?

Hello to all I need some help with this....Create a flow so that if the embedded data T_pais is Argentina and the comment contains the word "Calor" or "Frio" send mail to whoever configure...The problem is that it does not send the mail, it does not work the "Todas las siguientes son verdaderas” because if I remove this clause and only leave the "Algunas de las siguientes es verdadera", if it works and if it sends the mail...  But how do I set the condition if I also need to evaluate the country?Thanks

Hello everyone:I am quite new to using Qualtrics and I am currently working on my dissertation to complete my doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology. I have developed a survey with Qualtrics but am now needing to place a link, or provide access to, anonymous participants to Pearson Assessments. How can I do this? I attempted to use the chat help within Qualtrics but was informed I would need to use collaboration, but was not informed how I could do this. Any help would greatly be appreciated.

I have a matrix question with 20 words to which people can answer Yes/No.The set up shows (in randomised order) one word (statement) at a time, respondents select Yes or No, after which it auto advances to the next word until all 20 have been answered.I would like to be able to time how long it takes for each statement to be answered so I can do a response time analysis.  The hypothesis being that a quicker response to a question implies more certainty.Any help would be greatly appreciated.Thanks in advance

I want to select max 3 options from previous multi-select question using least fill. Among these 3 selected options, one option must be select for all respondent, another two will came from least fill, and this value will punch one multi-select question.

Is it possible to submit multiple times if I send a personal link for a unique user? Also, will I receive any record if the user only browses but does not submit anything? Thanks so much for your help!

Hi, I'm working on enabling the back button for a specific page  in my survey by turning on the back button for the entire survey, and then I used JavaScript and embedded data to hide them for the other questions. This approach works fine when there are only three questions on the page with the back button enabled. However, the back button disappears when I add more than four questions to that page. What could be causing this issue? Thanks!

Hi community, I’d like to skip a block using the logic that applied. I followed the branch logic method. But unwanted respondents still shows for the block. For instance, if I choose Automobile manufacturer + Supply Chain, this block: Electrification/Business strategy shall be skipped (as the condition shows in the picture below). However, in my case it still shows up and I cannot figure out the reason why. Could you help me please?
