I’m trying to understand if there’s a workaround to still make this happen, after confirming with Qualtrics support that it can’t be done with an embedded data value from the contact list.
What I’d like to do is have the “From Name” in an email distribution be unique to the recipient. I don’t need the “From Address” or “Reply-to Email” to change, just the “From Name.” For example, if a contact list had an account manager field for every contact, that name would appear as the sender. This doesn’t seem like such a niche thing, so I’m surprised it’s not an option. Any off-the-wall suggestions?
