I am working with a student personal trainer again this semester and have fitness goals set for the upcoming race season.  Mainly overall wellness and getting back to my 2017 racing weight.

Professionally it’s being a better advocate for myself and being confident to ask for what I want/need to be better at my job.

My goal is a bit multi-faceted, but we are finally launching a People Analytics department and have the interest to create a formal employee listening program where we can bring in all of the different elements of our engagementand listening programs together under one roof. This should be a pretty exciting year for Employee experience management this year!

This might sound a bit funny, but for the first time this year, I decided not to set any goals and instead just go with the flow, pursuing whatever I feel like without stressing about anything.

My goal for the year is to read 12 books, which is about 1 book per month.📚

I also wanted to have a target number of steps per day, but a treadmill under a desk doesn't track steps because our arms don't move organically.😓 So I'm thinking about aiming to use my treadmill under my desk for at least 2 hours a week, something like that.

I’m challenging myself to relax and be more social within my work team and continue to pass my knowledge of Qualtrics to others in the department so I can retire in 2026.

My personal resolution is to be more spontaneous!  I already did something this month that I normally wouldn’t think to do--dye my hair purple (though it didn’t turn out as vibrant as I hoped).

My professional resolution is to present at a conference this year.  Most likely the SAIR conference, but I’m open to others as well.

This year I resolve to build a knowledge base for our organization that crosses silos and serves all guest-oriented teams. We have so many different business units with varying degrees of success in maintaining up-to-date information and I hope to bring it all together!

Love this goal! It will make the Colonial Williamsburg Foundation even more amazing than it already is!

That’s a great goal and amazing that you’re thinking of your team as you transition to life post-work. Best of luck on your journey to 2026!

My goal for this year is to reach level 5 within this community 😄. I want to learn much more about people analytics, deepen my knowledge of the platform, and explore everything related to employee experience.

On a personal level, I hope to start skating lessons (something I've always wanted to do!) and travel more to discover the amazing places in my country.

Let’s motivate each other! 🚀✨

This year, we are focusing on building our knowledge library for internal teams, including their daily processes and enterprise software. Hopefully, we will utilize an AI documentation solution to help create consistency among many writers.

The goal is to document all the Finance department’s processes before the end of the year and rewrite all documentation for our HCM system and Qualtrics. I’ll take all your hand stretches and wrist exercise tips now; thank you. 😅

Since last year, I have been in charge of my new job for two consecutive years and my position as a leader has changed, so I hope I can perform my job well and grow further.
